Bucks County Show photo successfully added to page when editing in Firefox browser

When editing a  page adding a link here to another page in this Test website by using Firefox browser does not work correctly

Adding the same link when using Internet Explorer browser does work correctly

Adding a link here to an external website will work correctly using Firefox browser when editing

and adding the same external also works okay in internet explorer browser
